  1. Goals This Year

    Ok its that time of the year, lets get this going again. Firstly, how did you go with your goals for 2007? What are your training goals for 2008? I did all those except for the squat, still about 5kg off that one. Below is what I've done and next to it is what I plan to do in 2008.     I went to one of the local gyms on Tuesday with some of my mates to see how they train. I did the usual squats, cleans and presses and I ended up hurting my neck pretty bad and I couldnt sleep at all that night. Don't think I recovered from that session very well cause there was no way I could press 77-80kg this arvo .

    77kg standing military press, 92kg bench press. I tried and failed a 95kg bench an hour ago....

    I worked mine out to be 83.7% I'm gonna go attempt a new PB for bench to make sure I'm not kidding myself....
